This means fewer people are shopping at department stores which happen to be a major force in the economy. They indicate that regular everyday consumers got the cash,but simply aren't spending. Some blame the rising gas prices,but isthat so?<br /><br /><span style="font-style: italic;">What are all these consumers really doing with their spending cash?</span><br /><br />The logical answer would seem that they're saving it for a rainy day,but the WezeeMall has seen a different reality.
